Healthy Campus 2020 Installs 2nd Health Station

Thanks to the Healthy Campus 2020 initiative, a second blood pressure screening machine has been installed at the McKee Business & Technology Complex. Since there have been over 1038 uses of the first machine at Blake Center, the decision was made to have a second machine available for students and faculty at the B&T.

Pictured at right is Dr. Hyacinth Burton, Dean of the School of Business trying the machine, which measures a person’s blood pressure and pulse, and displays information about BMI levels

Two vending machines will also be installed at the B&T, with a variety of healthy snacks and beverages.
